FAQ

A proportion of products on StylecraftOUTLET are ex-showroom samples and have been on display in one of our Stylecraft showrooms in the past. To help explain their condition, each product shows a grade, which are outlined below:

New: Just like it sounds. A brand-new item. Original manufacturer’s warranty applies. Original packaging is present for most new items – note that some items may be assembled prior to delivery for your convenience.

Like New: An item in new working condition. Original protective wrapping may be missing, but the original packaging is intact and in good condition with minor damage possible.

Very Good: An ex-showroom sample that has seen limited use and remains in good working condition. The item may show some limited signs of wear with small scratches or blemishes. Item may arrive with damaged packing or be repackaged.

Good: An ex-showroom sample that shows wear from consistent use, but it remains in good condition and functions properly. Item may arrive with damaged packaging or be repackaged. It may be marked, have identifying markings on it, or have minor damage. It may also be missing some parts/accessories.

Acceptable: An ex-showroom sample which is fairly worn but continues to function properly. Item may arrive with damaged packaging or be repackaged. Signs of wear can include aesthetic issues such as scratches, dents, and worn corners. The item may have identifying markings on it or show other signs of previous use. Item may be missing some parts/accessories.

Shipping is calculated at checkout. Please note some larger items, are at this stage unable to be shipped to non-metro locations.

For large items i.e. workstations, desks and tables that require installation/assembly, shipping is $300 for orders within metro areas in Australia.

Click & Collect is available from our Melbourne or Sydney warehouse. Our Melbourne warehouse is located in Kensington, while our Sydney warehouse is located in Alexandria. If you select this option, a member of our operations team will be in touch with details.

The below shipping estimates apply for items located in our Sydney warehouse:

Sydney metro – 5-15 business days

Melbourne metro – 5-15 business days

Canberra metro – 10-15 business days

Adelaide metro – 10-15 business days

Brisbane metro – 10-15 business days

Perth metro – 10-15 business days

For non-metro orders, please take note in the product description if shipping will be possible to your location, as some items may be too large to ship via third party.

Once your order has been processed a team member from our operations team will contact you to arrange delivery.

Please choose carefully as we do not accept exchanges or returns on sale items, including our ex-showroom sample stock (grade quality from ‘Like New’ to ‘Acceptable’).

We have endeavoured to include photos of notable damage to these items, but please note there may be further marks/scuffs which are not depicted in photography.

For brand new items with no discounts in place, please refer to our Returns policy.

Please note a re-stocking fee of 10% of the value of the purchase will apply if you intend to exchange a new item.

If purchased items reside in different locations, it is possible you will receive an order consisting of multiple products over separate deliveries. Our team will be in touch to share updates with you.

Please note, if you are ordering items from separate locations, we require orders to be processed in separate transactions due to our shipping partners.

Click & Collect is available from our Melbourne warehouse in Kensington or Sydney warehouse in Alexandria only. If you would like to choose this option, select it on the check out page.

Once your order has been processed a team member from our operations team will contact you to arrange collection. Click & Collect is only available during operational hours Monday-Friday 0800-1400.

Lounges, chairs, tables and workstations are generally heavy and large to transport. They often require multiple people to load, unload and set up. You’ll need to have a vehicle large enough to safely take your item home.

Bring restraints to safely secure your items – we can’t load your goods if it’s unsafe.

Stylecraft has a national presence with showrooms in Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, Canberra, Brisbane and Singapore. Our showrooms are open, but please note StylecraftOUTLET stock is held in our warehouses, not showrooms, so the products are unable to be viewed before purchase.

After an order, or part thereof in the case of an order consisting of multiple products, reaches the dispatch processing stage, cancellations or changes may not be possible. As we endeavour to dispatch items as quickly as possible, please contact us as soon as you can if you would like to discuss cancelling your order.

Unfortunately we are unable to ship outside of Australia at this stage.

Pendant lighting must be installed by a qualified electrician.

We offer a variety of payment options to suit every user.

We use Stripe’s payment gateway for secure credit card payments, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. PayPal is also available.

Our buy now, pay later options include AfterPay for purchases under $2000, and Zip for purchases up to $10,000.

All products on this site are available for immediate purchase and delivery to your door.

In the rare occasion an item is unavailable, it will be listed as ‘out of stock’.

Items listed as new condition include the manufacturer’s original structural warranty. Please contact OUTLET@stylecraft.com.au for further information.

For all items listed from grade ‘like new’ to ‘acceptable’, no further warranty period applies.
