acp atelier is a Melbourne-based furniture design practice upholding principles of practicaility, integrity and simplicity of design.

Designer and founder Ann-Claire Petre possesses extensive experience in the architecture and design industry. Petre completed studies in industrial and furniture design in France and Scotland, allowing her practice to develop a deep understanding of good design, materials and processes. After completing an associates program at JamFactory, Adelaide, Anne-Claire relocated to Melbourne to work for design and architecture firms.

After taking the leap to found her own furniture studio, Petre’s focus is on working closely with local manufacturers and designing products that are built to last. Upholding the studio’s principles of practicality, integrity, clean aesthetics and simplicity, the Sedis collection is acp atelier’s first collaboration with Stylecraft.
